Start the video off doing a regular walk remove your bra after the first walk keep the yoga pants on until around 6 min then go naked but keep your socks on always. I want you to walk backwards randomly a lot, your the boss here you get to decide when you walk forward or when you walk backwards bringing your ass towards the camera surprise me all I ask is that you walk backwards a lot especially with the yoga pants on.
